Monday - Beginners class at 5:00 to 5:45 p.m.
Monday - Boot Camp at 6-7 p.m.
Tuesday - Boot Camp 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday - Boot Camp 6-7 p.m.
Thursday - Tone & Tighten class 6-7 p.m. Please remember to bring hand weights.
Participants are asked to bring hand weights, a yoga mat or large towel to use for floor work, a refillable water bottle and hand towel to each class.
Classes are lead by volunteers in our community who are dedicated to the health, fitness and well-being of our area residents. You will be required to sign a waiver of release before your first session.
