All Court Sessions are held at City Hall

All questions relating to court dates, tickets, fines, and community service should be directed to the Bayou La Batre Court Magistrate.

All other departments, within the City of Bayou La Batre, are not able to answer questions relating to court matters. This includes the Bayou La Batre Police Department. 

Court sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's of each month.

All court sessions start at 3:30 p.m.

Trial night is on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Arraignment is on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
